I went into this holiday season with no theme or even color scheme in mind. Over the last 12 years of owning a home and decorating trees of my own, I’ve accumulated quite an impressive collection of Christmas decor and was confident in shopping my own collection to come up with something new.
There was one image that sparked inspiration for me and that was Shae McGee’s hydrangea tree! While my bushes are on their last leg they are currently the perfect shades of a muted red and green! So I trimmed what I had left of healthy florals and went to work!
This tree holds just about every texture, with touches of natural elements of twigs and hydrangea, this tree it by far my favorite one I’ve done yet!
Most of these ornaments are old or handed down from my mom, but I was able to still find some links and similar products!
